YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Our clients are fund companies, banks, insurance companies and asset managers. As a Senior Investment Compliance Consultant, you are the main point of contact for our clients regarding our core product - XENTIS. You play a central role in our project team, focusing on transitioning from a MIG21 environment. Furthermore, you are responsible for the analysis and implementation of regulatory and contractual investment guidelines for investment funds and other investment vehicles (mandates, portfolios, insurance assets, etc.). After the project, you'll take on multifaceted tasks within our Investment Compliance Team.
 
These key activities await you:
  • Play a central role in our investment compliance project as a senior (analysing, coding and testing rules)
  • Maintain country-specific, regulatory country rule cards based on the respective legal framework (KKV-FINMA, BVV2, UCITS, KAGB, AnlV, etc.)
  • Analysis and implementation of contractual, client-specific investment guidelines (prospectus rules, investment regulations, internal guidelines) in XENTIS
  • Analysis, evaluation, optimization and implementation of client-specific violation management processes
  • Analysis and evaluation of client-specific investment compliance requirements and implementation of pre- and post-trade checks as well as regulatory reporting
  • Consult and support clients on various issues

YOUR EXPERTISE

  • University degree (preferably in Computer Science & Economics, Banking & Finance, or Business Economics) or equivalent
  • Strong IT affinity with a good technical understanding
  • Experience in coding rules in MIG21, Aladdin, Charles River, SCD, or similar compliance system
  • Experience as an Investment Compliance Officer is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and high client focus
  • Structured working methos, analytical thinking, and high-quality awareness
  • Motivation for self-improvement
  • English (business fluent), German (an advantage)
